These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Snippet Studio Ventures. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Service Agreement
Snippet Studio Ventures provides computer repair, maintenance, and related technical services as requested by the client. A diagnostic assessment may be conducted before final service approval.
Repair work will only begin after client authorization of the quoted service.
Pricing and Payment
Service fees are based on the nature of the repair, required parts, and labour involved. Clients will receive a clear quote before work begins.
Full payment is required upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Diagnostic Fees
In some cases, a diagnostic fee may apply to assess device faults. This fee may be separate from the repair cost and is payable whether or not the client proceeds with the repair.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for backing up their data before submitting devices for repair. Snippet Studio Ventures is not responsible for data loss resulting from hardware failure, software corruption, or necessary repair procedures.
Clients must provide accurate information regarding device issues and previous repair history.
Parts and Warranty
Replacement parts may be new or manufacturer-approved equivalents depending on availability and client agreement.
Warranty terms for repairs or parts will be communicated at the time of service. Warranty coverage does not apply to physical damage, misuse, liquid damage, or unauthorized modifications after service.
Limitation of Liability
Snippet Studio Ventures will perform services with reasonable care and professional standards. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from device failure or service delays.
Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service if a device is severely damaged beyond repair, presents safety risks, or involves unlawful activity.
Changes to Terms
Snippet Studio Ventures may revise these Terms and Conditions when necessary. Updated versions will be published on this page.
